Meet Amy
Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist
My Story
Amy McCrea is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune diseases, and chronic conditions. Her journey to become a dietitian was years in the making. Initially becoming a large and small animal Registered Veterinary Technician, changes in health lead her down a yellow brick road. That road eventually led her to open an allergy friendly bakery, Soodles Bake Shop, supporting the food needs of her family. As time went on, Amy wanted to make a greater impact in the lives of customers. She pursued a degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University, along with additional trainings in Nutrigenomics and Immunology.
Today Amy lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their two dogs in Lewis Center, Ohio. She has personal experience with Celiac Disease, IBS, SIBO, asthma, food sensitivities, hashimoto’s, psoriatic arthritis, and more. She achieved healing through a balanced living approach with healthy eating, targeted supplements, movement, meditation, and mindfulness. She can relate to your experiences and help your heal at last!
